The mission of the City of Sebastian's MIS (Management Information Systems) department is to provide computer, phone and technology related support to all departments.  This support involves analyzing each department's hardware, software and communication needs and providing solutions that will not only benefit the department and enhance its' ability to function, but to incorporate these needs into a comprehensive solution that will benefit the City's network as a whole.
