SEBASTIAN STORMWATER UTILITY FEE CREDIT PROGRAM

On February 27, 2019, City Council adopted Ordinance No. O-19-02 and Resolution No. R-19-03 regarding Stormwater Utility Fee Credits and the methodology for determining such credit.
Non-Residential and Undeveloped Parcels may be eligible to receive credit through this program.

Stormwater Utility customers may receive a credit for constructing, operating and maintaining a stormwater facility on the property per Ordinance # O-19-02 and the Stormwater Utility Fee Credit Policy. Customers seeking a credit must submit all required information by no later than June 1st to be eligible for a Stormwater Utility Fee credit. All Stormwater Utility Fees will be listed on the property tax mail-out in November.

Applications for Stormwater Utility Fee Credits can be obtained and should be submitted to:
Community Development Department, City Hall, 1225 Main Street, Sebastian, Florida or visit our website at www.cityofsebastian.org.

THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OF THE CITY OF SEBASTIAN, INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, WILL CONDUCT A PUBLIC HEARING ON WEDNESDAY, MAY 22, 2019, AT 6:00 P.M. IN THE CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS LOCATED AT 1225 MAIN STREET, SEBASTIAN, FLORIDA, TO CONSIDER A VARIANCE FROM SECTION 54-2-5.2.3(d)(5) OF THE SEBASTIAN LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE.
DONALD FROST AND MELISSA DEAN, IN REGARDS TO LOT 27, BLOCK 186, SEBASTIAN HIGHLANDS UNIT 8 LOCATED AT 914 CLEARMONT STREET, ARE REQUESTING A VARIANCE TO ALLOW AN EXISTING CONCRETE ACCESSORY STRUCTURE TO BE 1 FOOT FROM THE SIDE PROPERTY LINE, WHEREAS THE CODE REQUIRES A 10-FOOT SIDE YARD SETBACK.
